Surgical-robot challengers and foundation-model labs can't legally enter the operating room. Our team — a working surgical RN and a hospital robotics coordinator — operates a rights-clean capture, 4-layer annotation, and access pipeline, plus the standard schema, for the workflows their telemetry can't reach. The data stays hospital-owned; we're the processor and services layer, not a reseller of patient data.
